This is a place for meeting yourself again and again (both in this Pathway + in Continuing the Journey) - your truth, your radiance, your authenticity + what will ultimately create ease, wholeness and magic in your life when you’ve mined the gold from your shadows + understand your own patterns, raising your vibration again and again. It is a pathway of alchemy.

I highly recommend taking these in the order presented as they are similar to a combination lock, each one setting you up for the next. I also highly recommend taking time in between them to integrate + embody. Allow for space as this is where we often gain our most profound insights. As Richard Rudd says, we will not find truth through “a tight, questing mind”. Recognize the power of the pause.

These are tools you can come back to over and over, peeling back deeper layers, but as you move through your first time, tune in, listen to your body. You’ll know when it’s time to move on to the next.
