Relationship Feng Shu

Feng Shui can feel OVERWHELMING to me when I really get into it. Factor in what we can do with local space astrological Feng Shui and it can be šŸ˜³šŸ¤Æ. But, the thing about, well anything really, is that there are always small steps we can take to lean in. It does not have to be all or nothing. We can dip our toe in and make a few changes and see how it reflects back in our lives. A few weeks ago I did some intentional Feng Shui where I am staying and I felt the effects immediately. I have used little cures along the way for many years whether it was putting a plant in front of a corner facing me or adding mirrors to my exposed beams to reflect the energy back. We can go as deep as we like, but it can also be so simple, like letting light and fresh air into your house, clearing stagnant energy, having live plants, making space, clearing clutter, and focusing on some of the main areas where we would like to see improvement or offer support. As with sessions, the topics that most often come up are career, purpose, abundance, community, self-awareness + love. These are all areas of our house we can bring a little intention (and more) and I wanted to start super simple with relationships because this energy is most concentrated in the bedroom, and the bedroom is an area I tend to focus a big chunk of my efforts anyway, since we spend a third of our life in there, and it feels manageable. Itā€™s a great place to start, to remember that we can always think of Feng Shui from the macro (looking at where our personal directions fall), to using it in one room (like the bedroom, living room or kitchen), to the micro, like our desk where we work. All the directions can support relationship but obviously your relationship direction should be your focus.

When it comes to our relationship direction, it is personal to you. In general, clutter is not good for energy so any decluttering in your bedroom will be supportive for relationships. This can be attracting a new partner (romantic or business) or strengthening + nourishing your current relationship(s). While clutter in general, ahem, under your bed is not for storage, does not serve you energetically, you can also just focus for now on clearing the excess and organizing your direction.

The Relationship sector iis aligned with the Earth element, with pinks, yellows, beige and skin tones as well as square shapes. So after you clear the space physically, organize, fix anything thatā€™s broken, and release things that donā€™t spark joy; you can clear the energetic imprint by clapping, using bells, and/or burning herbs like cedar, cinnamon or frankincense. Open the windows to keep the energy moving and if you use intentional clapping, be sure to wash your hands up to your elbows after (especially before eating). You can then add supportive items with square shapes, aligned colors, fresh flowers (peonies if youā€™re calling in love and then pass them on when you find it), a salt lamp, stones + crystals (especially rose quartz). There is no need to go shopping, you can shop around your space and move some things around. You could also play the 639 Hz frequency here.

Once you have it physically + energetically sorted, you can write 2 intentions (the number aligned with relationships) on a square (shapes are the most prominent way to support) piece of paper (in one of the resonant colors) around what you would like to call in with regards to relationships and place it hidden somewhere in that direction, like behind a picture frame or under a stone or vase of flowers.

Another tip would be to always make sure your bed is in a power position, ie; off the walls (other than the headboard). It is not good for the relationship vibes to have one side up against a wall. Iā€™ve also heard things like, if you are trying to attract a partner and do not have a night stand on their side or a good pillow for them too, nice sheets, etc.. then amending these things can send a message to the Universe that you are ready. You want ā€œtheir sideā€ of the bed to be as inviting as yours.

Happy experimenting! More support for your SPACE coming!
