what do all those arrows mean?
*If you do not know your Variables or have access to software, you can set up a free account with Genetic Matrix and select Body for the left arrow keynotes from the dropdown menu. This will show you your PHS/Diet + Environment and then select Mind from the dropdown to see the keynotes for your Motivation + Perspective. :) Or if you need a little help sorting it, you can order a snapshot with all the keynotes here.
