A community space to come to in order to make S P A C E.

To get out of our minds and into our bodies. To take what we learn, the contemplations + new neural pathways and also weave it into the fabric of our beings so that the wisdom is cellular. To unclench. For untangling the physical and energetic knots, for breaking up what is dense and unmoving, for clearing stagnation which inhibits vitality and ease in the body as well as deeper levels of consciousness. For releasing what is not yours to hold. For unwinding ancestral + societal conditioning. For getting in touch with your authentic self. For regulating your nervous system. For creating strength + flexibility in your container. For making room for your sensorial + somatic intuition to come through. To create (w)holistic well-being, ease + flow in our bodies and lives.

Includes meditations + movement classes centering around 5 elements organ theory, the fascia and kundalini yoga to support specific energetics, design elements, seasons, systems + astrology.
