Vibing your vibe

 
  1. Be fully in your body. Fill yourself up with you so there is no room for other energies.

  2. Drop a grounding cord daily.

  3. Unfollow social media accounts that do not serve you. Experiment with unfollowing all of them so you are consciously choosing what you are seeing, or disconnect for awhile to reconnect to other things in your life that bring you joy and fill you up.

  4. Sleep alone in your own aura at least sometimes.

  5. Take inventory of what you are consuming daily. Is it serving your highest good, your highest vibe? How much news are you watching? What do you watch on TV/listen to? Is it bringing you good energy or bad? High vibes or low? Everything we consume becomes part of us. I used to watch a lot of heavy thrillers/dramas, but last year I just stopped, that kind of content no longer served my energy. Pay attention to all you take in + how it makes you feel.

  6. Honor your Aura, follow your Strategy + Authority.

  7. Our energy can be scattered, call it back + focus your awareness, your presence, behind your eyes.

  8. Say “no”.

  9. Work with pink yarrow medicine.

  10. Get on a biomat.

  11. Get into nature + put your bare body on the Earth, soles of your feet, Root, Sacral.

  12. Put a bubble of protection/shield around you EVERY morning. Imagine it all the way around, over the top of your head, under your feet, behind you. What does it look like for you? Ask your guides, Source, Mama Earth… to help you put up and strengthen your shield each day.

  13. Empty out daily. More tools in decondition.

  14. Give up people pleasing.

  15. Ad Guray Nameh Mantra. Repeat this mantra three times daily as part of your meditation practice and/or as you put up your shield. Repeat when you need a little additional protection imagining white light around you. Play it in the background or when you sleep when you are feeling energetically vulnerable.

  16. Carry and/or wear protective stones like black tourmaline or smoky quartz.

  17. Protect yourself from EMF’s.

  18. When you’re feeling something intensely, check in, and ask yourself…. is this mine? If not, ask it to leave.

  19. Say a prayer. Ask your guides to help clear any and all energetic interferences over your physical, mental, emotional + spiritual bodies and any and all spaces you enter.

  20. Cut cords.

  21. Disconnect and step away when you need to.

  22. Really get to know what is you, so you can easily identify Not Self.

  23. Shore up your boundaries.

  24. Work with the Healy.

  25. Align with your correct determination + environment.

  26. Do energy clearings daily with sacred plants, herbs, trees, resins and/or sound (sound especially for 5th colors - High/Low Sound, Valleys, Probability + Guilt) in your environment and on your person.

  27. Stay hydrated and moisturized. Bless your water before you drink it. Ask that it help clear + protect your energy from anything that does not belong.

  28. Take a nap.
