Great supportive reading for this week is the book The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks which speaks to up-leveling and the resistance we might face when we reach our upper limit, like getting sick when you get the big opportunity. It is your bodies way of telling you that you need to grow your upper limit.
In life we want to up level again and again. This does not mean we don’t appreciate and celebrate where we are now but we are always evolving and expanding and our nervous system really dictates what’s possible.
