Prep + Day 1 - and where to prioritize
Spend some time setting your intentions for this time. What would you most like to get out of this journey? How might this work support your desired future for 2025 + stepping into greater abundance in all areas of your life?
And then… get acquainted with today’s workshop if you haven’t already + begin your daily pages + movement.
DAILY COMMITMENT TO YOUR JOURNEY:
daily writing with quick movement flow following from the workshop: Your Nervous System, Emotions + Cosmic Imprint above.
daily 3-15 minutes of bottom up nervous system recalibrating depending on how much change you desire, how quickly you desire change and the time you’re willing/able to commit each day. Almost all of these practices are great for both acute moments trauma/stress/anxiety/fight/flight/freeze/dysregulation and chronic states - so the results are cumulative. You grow your capacity and flexibility with daily intention and application. Find many options below + stay tuned for more guided practices along the way and beyond.
ADDITIONALLY:
there will be content throughout to inform + inspire you around this work, either in short video or audio at your leisure. This is your last priority. The top focus is the daily commitments as this is how you will rewire the fastest. Many of us can get stuck in learning more and more. I want to offer you the knowledge but put the practices first if that’s all you have time for for the day. The rest will be there to catch up when you can. Don’t in any way let it be overwhelming as that’s the opposite of the energy we want to create here.

Reflection
Check in on the week. Have you completed your assignments meaning: have you written daily? Moved your body daily? Completed proprioceptive and vestibular movements? If not, where are you experiencing resistance and how can you carve out time to show up to the work. I want to emphasize again that more than watching the trainings and taking in more information (which can be much easier for many of us), you want to prioritize doing the homework first and foremost. If it takes you longer to get through material or you skip a video that doesn’t sound that interesting, no problem. You can always come back to it if you desire later. But you do want to commit to doing the bottoms up work every day to cultivate change.
What tweaks if any do you need to make to show up to the homework?
Do you notice any changes after working with the tools? Do you have expectations? It’s important to remember it took time to get to a dysregulated state and will take time to heal and grow your capacity.

Look at your Moon sign + House to determine your deeper needs both emotionally + physically. Declutter to make space. Choose a room, a closet, a junk drawer, the console of your car, your phone contacts or photos, old emails, your makeup bag, your bathroom cabinet, your pantry, one of your personal directions and make some space. As within so without and vice versa. The more space and clarity you have in your environment, the more spaciousness within as well. We are birthing a new paradigm. Release the items and connections you carry that do not serve the desired future you are stepping into, that are not that person. Let go and in doing so you will not only create more capacity but you will more easily align with what is the you of today and tomorrow.

One to the things that keeps us the most ‘stuck’ whether it’s a health crisis, back pain or being less abundant in any area of our lives than we like is ‘trying to fix ourselves’ and the focus on fear and fixing. This can play out through over-analysis, introspection burnout, through constant shadow work and a desperation to heal or change yourself or your circumstance(s). When we hyper focus on what is wrong or what we feel like needs to change, on symptoms in our body or in our lives, on the imbalance, it just keeps us stuck. We are essentially broadcasting a message of resisting what is, of feeling ‘broken’ in some way and the resistance perpetuates the fear which perpetuates the focus which perpetuates dysregulation and states and outcomes that are not the desired. When we try to “fix it” we are simply reinforcing “somethings wrong”. We are problem oriented rather than solution.
To go deeper with this or explore the ways in which fear may keep you stuck, spend some time contemplating or writing around the ways in which you may get stuck in the low vibrations of one of your defined fear gates. Are there any energies here that may be at the root of dysregulation?
And, practice mindfulness. Be the observer of yourself. Take notice when you are focused on ‘what’s not working’ or on fear and see if you can reorient yourself and instead devote yourself to healing, to wholeness, to self compassion, to loving up on you.

We are midway through our 30 day commitment. How are you feeling? Take a moment to check in.
AND… find some way today to celebrate you, your progress, your dedication, the ways in which you’ve shown up. Do, plan or schedule a little mid-way reward for yourself.
+ regulate thru your ears. This is one of my favorite practices and practically feels like a reward in itself for how simple and sweetly powerful it is for crating a sense of calm and deeper regulation. Your ears are FULL of acupressure points and access to your Vagus Nerve. You can just do this with one ear or both. And you can do it for as long as it feels good, then take a deep inhale and exhale out a big sigh at the end. You can massage the points with your index finger and then you want to pull up and out with thumb in the inside. This illustration is from The Secret Language of the Body.

Engage in PLAY especially if your inner child has been neglected (which most are). Lean into your Sun and/or 5th House for guidance.

Working with your senses is a really big way you can help bring your nervous system into greater regulation + flexibility. We can ALL work with ALL the sense and choose activities in which we bring a lot of attention and intention to like: cooking, a tea or cacao ceremony, listening to music, a spa day, walking barefoot or just being in nature. I have a blog post on the senses and your cognition as well as some other Human Design placements which you can find below. It is a lovely way to think about honing in on your super-sense and supporting your unique design.
You can think about activities you might do in relationship to your Nervous System + Cognition, and again, while it can be fun to bring focus to this part of your chart, also incorporate support that feels balancing through all of your senses as this holistic approach sends signals of safety to your nervous system, that your environment is not a threat (which we can sometimes feel as sensitive beings in dysregulated states).
As you work with your senses notice what feels grounding and offers you a greater sense of well-being so you can come back to these activities. What reduces stress or maybe you notice you sleep more soundly. What makes you feel more connected and comfortable in your environment. And take note as you move through the journey when something has shifted… maybe you felt ‘threatened’ by something before in your environment which now feels more comfortable or harmonious. Through this work you build safety in your body in connection to your surroundings.
